How long does the admission process take for universities in the United States? Also, how to decide on which intake I should be applying for?

Acceptance to a U.S. university really depends on the university you're applying to as well as the degree you're applying for; many undergraduate degrees can be accepted in a matter of weeks. However, depending on the programme, you may be required to submit portfolios or other materials. A significant number of the top 100 universities are not accepting applications for the spring semester. And it is difficult to determine which universities have different intakes and which do not. So, if you want to apply for the spring season, you should conduct extensive research to determine the available intakes. This should be done before you begin studying for exams such as the IELTS, TOEFL, or GMAT. This early decision will assist you in determining whether or not you have enough time to prepare for the exams. In many cases, universities have set admissions quotas for each semester. In most cases, the fall intake is always larger, so above-average students have a better chance of admission in the fall. Furthermore, universities offer far more courses for fall intake applicants, so you will have far more options. It also means that if you're looking for a unique course that isn't popular with many students, chances are it won't be available in the spring semester. Since you have the relevant work experience which is perfect for a non IT background person who wants to pursue MS in CS abroad. Though the only problem are your backlogs. You have 13 backlogs which is a big number and as per international standards only 5 backlogs are allowed and having more than 5 backlogs means rejection.
