Since you have the relevant work experience which is perfect for a non IT background person who wants to pursue MS in CS abroad. Though the only problem are your backlogs. You have 13 backlogs which is a big number and as per international standards only 5 backlogs are allowed and having more than 5 backlogs means rejection.
