Which are the top affordable universities in UK and US for doing MIM What are the job opportunities after MIM?

A roughly related course that strongly stresses the theoretical aspect of management applications and fosters critical thinking is the Masters in Management (MIM) programme. The average length of a MIM course is 10 to 13 months. MBA and MIM programmes are often 40–60% similar. MIM programmes are believed to have their roots predominantly in Europe, focusing on building a theoretical foundation before entering the workforce.

The MiM, on the other hand, is based on specific regions. The MiM began in European universities and has expanded rapidly recently, with various universities now offering it in English. However, this degree is much more well-known in countries where it has long been practised, such as France, Germany, and Italy, to name a few. As a result, most MiM schools are situated in European Union countries. However, nations where it has been practised for a long time, like France, Germany, and Italy, to mention a few, are considerably more familiar with this degree. As a result, most MiM schools are located in nations that are members of the European Union.

        13. I tried to cover all the best MIM universities. I would recommend going to the official site of the desired university to learn about the requirements and eligibility.

What exams are required to pursue a MiM abroad? Is RMIT a good choice for MiM?

To do a Masters in Management i.e MiM, you need to give GMAT as the main requirement. GMAT is used by b-schools abroad to test your academic abilities. A GMAT Score of 720+ could take you in the top most b-schools across the globe and a GMAT score of 680-700 is the average score which will give you plenty of decent options. I would not suggest aiming any less than 700 to be on the safer side and target the best schools.

Another important exam that you need to give is IELTS. It is an English language proficiency test and is used by schools abroad to test your ability to read, write and understand English. An IELTS band score of 8+ could take you the best possible schools and a 7+ band could give you decent options. I would again suggest aiming to score high for eg. 7.5 band atleast, so that you have decent options to target.

Coming towards RMIT, The university holds 11th rank in the whole world in the field of art and design subjects. The main campus of RMIT University is in the centre of Melbourne city and has got huge heritage value as the campus is located in the oldest section of the city. he strength of the alumni community of RMIT University is more than 437,000 graduates who are currently working across 130 countries. Some of the well-known alumni of the university are Jim Stynes, famous charity worker; James Wan, movie director and writer; Lydia Lassila, Australian winter Olympic gold medalist; Charles Billich, famous Australian artist and Australian animator Felix Colgrave. In short, the university is definitely a good option to target.

          Hope this helps!

Can I presue Mim from abroad without appearing GMAT or any other exam?

In my opinion, the GMAT somehow seems necessary for a business program abroad. Especially for a country like the USA, where a Masters proves much more than a degree. However, there are some major institutes that do not require you to submit a GMAT score. Of course, they are less in number. These institutes are generally preferred by working graduates who do not want to put extra effort into going through a standardized test. And by far, the quality of education in any of the mentioned business schools is exceptional. In fact, even Kellogg offers an Executive MBA with no requirement of a GMAT score.

Here are the best schools across countries that don't require a GMAT score:

          USA

          University of Seattle

          Adelphi University

          California Miramar University

          Canada

          University of Regina

          Brock University

          University of Saskatchewan

          UK

          University of Leeds

          King's College London

          University of Manchester

Now, these institutes might not require a GMAT score but there are other requirements that you must fulfil like a minimum bachelors' GPA, IELTS/TOEFL Score etc.

You should check your overall profile and get an idea if you match all the other requirements since you wish to skip the GMAT. To get a more accurate list based on your profile, you should check out the FREE School Explore Tool. It will generate a list of schools based on your profile and preferences and will make the process of school selection a lot more easier.
