Hello, hope you're doing good!

Well, it really depends on what kind of low GPA you are going for. Like if we talk about top targeted universities, in general, it falls around the 3.0 GPA requirement. I would take 2.75 as a low GPA cause lets face it, a 2.5 is just not quite enough.

To give you the best of the best option in the USA, I would suggest the University of Chicago. Now, of course, it is a popular choice. And based on your master's selection the GPA requirement automatically goes up because it is a STEM-designated program. But even in this case the University of Chicago asks for a 2.75 GPA requirement. Keep in mind that the university is among very best institutes in the USA.

California State University and North Dakota State University are your other 2 options. These two universities will accept a GPA of 2.75 and in a few cases even a 2.5 GPA. Why do I recommend these two? Well I acknowledge that with a low GPA you will not be putting a huge fund for your tuition money. This is why these two universities are the best affordable options for construction management masters in the USA.

Iowa State University offers a certificate program in construction management. And you do not need a big GPA to apply for it. This is just in case. But if you are interested in a combined course do let me know. For example, you can choose from construction engineering management programs as well.

Lastly, please specify the low GPA that is being talked about here. Maybe then I would be able to check the exact eligibility of your profile
