BITSoM does not offer 100% final placement yet. As per the school’s official placement report, a small group of students from the Class of 2024 were still looking for jobs even after the placement season ended. But they are being supported by the school’s career services team.
You should know that summer placements have been 100% for the recent batches. This shows that companies are responding well to BITSoM students, especially during internships. Big recruiters like Bain, KPMG, Hindustan Unilever, and PwC have already hired from the school.
The average salary is ₹23.41 LPA, and the highest package touched ₹50 LPA. Around 84 recruiters participated, and top roles came from consulting, finance, product, and marketing.
