A 1-year MBA without work experience is not very common. Most 1-year MBA programs are made for people who already have 3 to 5 years of full-time work experience. These programs are fast and need students to understand business basics, which usually comes from working.
If you are just starting your career, a better option would be a MiM (Master in Management). MiM programs are made for fresh graduates and don’t require work experience. They teach similar business subjects and also have good placements.
There are a few MBA programs that accept students with little or no work experience, but those are mostly 2-year MBAs. So if you want to study right now, MiM is the better choice. Later, when you have more experience, you can apply for a 1-year MBA.
