7.3 CGPA (B.Tech-CSE), 291 Score-GRE, 7.0-IELTS, good projects+internship. Still in 7th semester, will i get admission+Scholarship in MS DS in Northeastern University Fall 23?

I still don't have my 7th semester marksheets as the semester is still going on, how do i apply for masters in data science in that case? Plus my profile is not very much impressive, will i able to get into these universities?
