      To pursue MS in computer science in the USA for Indian students means complying with the requisite criteria. Here’s taking a look at the same: 



       Candidates should have Bachelor’s or undergraduate degrees equivalent to Bachelor’s program in Computer Science in the USA. They may also have a degree in any technical discipline which is relevant. Aggregates of 3.0 GPA are a must out of 4.0 GPA. It means a minimum B grade with 83-86% of marks. 
       Another MS in computer science in USA eligibility criteria pertains to the GRE score. Students need to score anywhere between 292-328 to boost their chances. Most universities accept GRE cut-offs in this segment. For example, Stanford University takes GRE 328, while GRE 292 is good enough for Harvard University.       Some of the major differences between MS in business analytics, MS in MIS, and MS in Data Analytics are:- 



      • MIS and related are conventional IT degrees, whereas BA/BI/BD levels are established on facts and/or analytics. Therefore, if you want to have greater flexibility in your IT career, I would advise going the MIS route.

      • If desired and possible, you can choose data/analytics selective guides (or even, specialization, if supplied at the institutions that you consider) to be "closer" to the currently warm large statistics/analytics trend.

      • An additional doable benefit of an MIS diploma is IMHO its higher suitability for managerial positions if you are interested in that. As for your work (TCS), I'm sorry that I can't comment on that, as I'm now not intently familiar with the Indian IT market.

The only reason I can see a country like the UK instead of the USA is for a research-based career. Judging by your question, I don’t think that is what you want, instead your major concern is jobs in the USA.



        As you said, the USA is a developed country. This means that even if there is a drop in the job market there will be development opportunities. Jobs in engineering fields are constantly in demand because of its usage in everyday operation. Take structural engineering as an example. If there is no need to build a new department at some institute, there will be pre-existing buildings that can be redesigned.



        Regarding the actual numbers, in the USA the employment of civil engineers is projected to grow 8% from 2020 to 2030. This data is specifically for civil engineering and not combined sectors in engineering. It is more than enough to grant you jobs after you do a civil engineering MS from the country. The job market and industry in the USA are always growing.



        One more reason why I am sure that it is a good decision is because universities like MIT and Stanford. If you can make your way into such universities for civil engineering, a job guarantee will be definitely not just in the USA but anywhere. These two universities are like the top 2 universities globally. Every major ranking organization either put MIT or Stanford on #1 spot, and the other one at #2.



        Compared to any other country, the economy of the USA is most significant. Finding a job in civil engineering with a good MS will be very optimal in the country.
