There&rsquo;s no recruiter bias between GMAT and GRE for XLRI GMP &mdash; companies don&rsquo;t ask or care which one was submitted.

GMAT is more commonly used by applicants, and XLRI publishes clearer benchmarks for GMAT scores (typically 680&ndash;710 for admits).
GRE is accepted, but the school doesn&rsquo;t list a specific cutoff. Applicants using GRE often convert their scores using ETS&rsquo;s official conversion tool to match the GMAT range.
