Generally speaking, students pursue both kinds of these courses in abroad countries. Plius if you know the difference between these two almost similar courses, it wouldn’t even matter which is more popular and in demand. Because based on the value they provide it gets entirely upon your interests to choose.

For example, the major difference between MSc HRM and MSc International HRM is factors that affect them. Like we all know the common responsibility of a human resource in an organization. They are basically responsible to handle all the employee related issues professionally. But to make a decision, you have to understand it a bit more deeply.

See, International HRM is mainly involved with the employees management three nation category. These are my home country, host country and third country. Apparently it will cover employee management from all countries. So the explanation is in the name itself. International HRM deals with every kind of employee there is in the organization.

On the other hand, as you can assume, HRM is involved with employee management in only one or single country. In most cases, it's the domestic country. For example, if there was a professional matter affecting different employees at an organization, an HRM professional will only deal with one category. To handle employers from different countries, an International HRM professional will be needed.

In simpler words, you can say that International HRM is done at an international level. So make a decision based on what kind of a  career you want. Regarding CIPD accredited HR courses, they have extreme value. CIPD is the main professional body to accredit human resources (HR) qualifications. They use professional measures to give out accreditation.

I know that International HRM may sound wider as it involves a bigger territory. But it doesn't mean you have to go for it with no other concern. It is perfectly normal to go for a standard HRM MSc degree. If you are confused and need some specific answers, get in touch with the study abroad experts here for free.
