Basically, the first name that comes to my mind is the USA. It is definitely one of if not the best countries for master programs in electronics and communication. It has the top universities, resources, excellent post grad options etc.

Basically what you're looking for is a MS degree in ECE. USA based universities have a ton of options here. You must have heard names like MIT and Carnegie Mellon right? These are some of the best universities not just in the USA but globally for electronics and communication courses. The closest courses that you can look at here are communication engineering, wireless networking, VLSI etc. The universities in the USA have enough options for you to choose.

I’m not suggesting the USA as the best option just because it has top ranked  universities. Did you know that the global electronic product market was estimated to be worth almost $1,191.2 billion in 2020? This was on a compound annual growth rate of 5.4% compared to 2015. If you are now aware, it is a pretty big difference. The best part is; the majority of value this market brings comes directly from the USA. This significant growth was a result of increasing demand for electronic products.

But I can understand if you did not prefer the USA as the first choice. I mean the country is the best option but it's also costly. Therefore, if you want an option on the cheaper side, I would suggest Germany. The country has many excellent universities but that's not the primary reason here. Actually, Germany is widely known for its engineering related courses. Basically it can compete with the best countries worldwide in this section. So, if you have certain concerns, you can go to Germany as well.

What I think would be best is to see your options to get a clear view. Try FREE School Explore Tool here, it will generate your best possible school options based on your current qualifications as well as preferences. Once you check all the universities for you in both countries, it will be easiest to make a decision. It does not get any better than this.
