If you're planning to pursue an MBA without GMAT, Canada and parts of Europe offer the best mix of quality education and flexible entry requirements. Many top schools here either waive the GMAT or don’t ask for it at all, especially if you have strong work experience or a solid academic background.

Canada: Schools like Schulich (York), DeGroote (McMaster), and Thompson Rivers University offer GMAT waivers or are fully test-optional in some cases. They focus more on your profile, resume, and leadership experience.

Germany: Public and private schools like ESMT Berlin and EU Business School often waive GMAT for experienced applicants or those with a strong undergrad GPA.

France & Spain: Programs at ESCP, EADA, and NEOMA offer waivers, especially for candidates with 3+ years of experience or a master’s degree.

These regions are also great for 1-year programs and post-MBA work opportunities.
