The USA in particular has the best results when it comes to higher salaries for MBA individuals. Work experience eis a pretty big deal in courses like MBA. Because just for the program alone, you will need around 2-5 years of work experience. Without it, USA business schools will not consider your application.
According to the U.S. News, the average salary of MBA graduates from 131 ranked USA universities is $95,370 (around INR 74 lakhs). This data is from 2021 MBA grads from the country. However, based on the 111 best ranked schools, the number exceeds. Basically, if you do an MBA from the best 100 schools in the USA, your average salary can reach around $100,000 (around INR 77.5 lakhs).
If you look at UK schools, the average salary of MBA grads there is around GBP 55,000 (around 53 lakhs) annually. Payscale reports that these numbers are an overall estimation and do not come from ranked schools. Otherwise you would have been some bigger numbers around 70-80lakhs per year. Therefore, I would consider the UK as the second best destination after the USA for MBA graduates.
Now for your 2 years of work experience, it doesn't really make a difference. It is true that MBA grads are offered jobs based on their work experience as well. However a two-years of work experience is still in the beginner stages. You will need at least 5 years of experience to move to the next step.
Also, there are things like signing bonus and commissions in job roles after MBA. Top school graduates can make more than 15% of signing bonus based on their annual package. So the numbers in actual readings go even higher. I would suggest you start preparing your profile for bst schools in either the USA or UK. Let me know if I can add any more information to this topic.
