Hello Priyanshu, how are you doing?

I guess by a budget of 15 to 20 lakhs, you mean in total for the masters' duration. Keep in mind that a master program can be from a 1 to 2-year program depending on subjects and your degree completion. I would give you two options to choose from. Remember that if you are comfortable you can finish your masters early and save some funds.

My very first suggestion is, Minnesota State University. The university offers a 2-year full-time MS in the mechanical engineering program. One year tuition fee for the program is around  INR 10 lakhs. It perfectly fits your budget even if you choose to complete it in a decided time. The university is well recognized and does not demand top qualifications.

The other wonderful choice is Delft University of Technology. The university is located in Delft, Netherland and worldwide famous for its academic centric courses. You can do a MSc Mechanical Engineering for around INR 17 lakhs yearly at Delft University of Technology. It's one of the oldest public universities in the country and often ranked under #20 engineering and technology universities globally.

If you are to stay for a complete two year course, Minnesota State University is your choice. On the other hand if you are comfortable to complete your degree early, go for Delft University of Technology.

Did this help? Let me know if you want me to give you any more details.
