Well Columbia is a bit different from other schools. They have something called rolling admissions, which means they review applications as they come in. But if you want to apply for Early Decision, that deadline is usually around mid-September. This one is binding, so if you get in, you have to go. For Regular Decision, the deadline is usually in April, but it’s best to apply as early as possible because seats fill up quickly.
