If Wharton is a serious target, I&rsquo;d plan around the earlier rounds rather than building the entire strategy around March 31. That doesn&rsquo;t mean Round 3 is useless, but it makes more sense as an option for someone who needs additional time to improve their application rather than someone who was ready months earlier.
