To succeed in a Tech MBA program, you’ll need a mix of both technical and business skills.
Here’s what matters most:

Analytical Thinking: Tech MBA programs focus on data analysis and problem-solving. So, you need to be comfortable working with data and making decisions based on it.
Technical Proficiency: A basic understanding of coding, software, or engineering concepts is often expected. Even if you're not a developer, familiarity with tech trends like AI or cloud computing will give you an edge.
Leadership Skills: You must know how to manage projects and teams. Leadership experience or the ability to make strategic decisions is key.
Communication: Clear communication is vital, especially when explaining technical concepts to non-technical teams.
Adaptability: The tech industry evolves fast. Therefore, being adaptable to new tools and methods is crucial.

Besides these, you must have the confidence and enthusiasm to take on any challenge that may come your way. Good luck!
