For me the biggest difference with mimessay was how much they focused on my actual story instead of giving generic advice. they kept checking in and helped me connect my 3 years of IT work to my post mba goals. They even suggested programs that aligned with my post  mba goals  and not just the overly hyped ones because of them i felt more confident about where i was applying and why.

They actually pay attention to your specific needs. most consultancies follow the same process for everyone but here they took the time to understand my goals and helped me find a college that fit my budget.

just talk to a few and you will know. good consultancies will always ask about your goals and background before saying anything. the meh ones start listing schools in the first call itself. if they are too pushy or sound like they are reading a script, skip them.
