The IIM-A Executive MBA (PGPX) interview usually includes questions that help them understand your work journey, your goals, and why you’re choosing this program. You can expect questions around your job roles, key challenges you’ve faced, and what kind of impact you’ve made in your organization.

They also tend to explore your clarity of goals. So you might be asked about your short- and long-term career plans, why you want an MBA at this stage, and how you’ll contribute to the IIM-A classroom. It helps if you're honest and show that you’ve thought through your decision.

Apart from this, some interviews include case-based or situational questions to see how you think under pressure but overall, the conversation is more about your story and how well it fits with the program. So if you stay clear, confident, and real — you’ll do just fine.
