You can expect questions like “Why do you want to pursue the PGPEX at this stage of your career?” or “How does IIM Calcutta help in your long-term plans?” Most of the discussion will revolve around your work, key challenges, leadership experiences, and the kind of impact you’ve made so far.
Many applicants are also asked questions based on their application, especially about the roles they’ve taken on, team experiences, or how they’ve responded to failure. The panel often asks, “Tell us about a time you led a project under pressure,” or “What’s a decision you regret and what did you learn from it?”
