The total cost include two things. One is the tuition fee which is $32,602 per semester, totaling $65,204 for the two-semester program. Beyond tuition, you'll need to budget for living expenses, which are estimated at $37,165 for the 12-month period. This estimate includes housing, food, personal expenses, and other necessities. Additionally, health insurance is required for all students, costing approximately $3,912 annually.

So, when you add it all up—tuition, living expenses, and health insurance—you're looking at an estimated total of around $106,281 for the year. Keep in mind, these figures can vary based on personal lifestyle choices and any changes the university might make to fees or tuition.

The tuition fee is around $65,204 for the one-year program, based on two semesters. This amount is fixed by Cornell for the 2024 academic year. But  you need to know that Cornell offers the MPS in Applied Economics and Management with the CEMS track not a general MIM program.

Now let’s talk about living costs. According to Cornell’s official estimate, you’ll need about $37,165 to cover rent, food, transport, personal items, books, and other day-to-day things. On top of that, there’s also health insurance, which costs around $3,912 for the year.

So, when you add everything—tuition, living, and health insurance—the total cost comes to around $106,000 for the full year. This number can go up or down depending on your lifestyle, but it’s a good estimate to plan your budget.
