Hey, buddy, what's up! See, for any job role, there are always three levels at which a person is paid. And these levels are based upon the measure of experience of the person; if we talk about Accenture, then do doubt it is one of the leading and most desired companies in the world, placement/ job in which is the dream of both freshly graduates as well as working professionals.
Accenture has been employing data analysts at a very good pay scale, and to make you easily understand the difference in the remuneration of different employees, let me take you back to the three levels which I was talking about. So this is not just about Accenture, but for any company. Basically here the employees are categorised on three levels. But let me tell you, these are not the terms that are actually used; they are created by me to make things a lot easier and simplified for you to understand.Â
So the three levels are as follows:Â
- Junior level: This term is used for those who have just entered the field or have less than one year of experience.Â
- Middle-level: Middle-level employees are the ones that have an experience within the range of 3-5 years.Â
- Senior-level: Senior-level employees are the ones that have been in the field for more than seven years now and have great knowledge and expertise in the field.Â
I am not here talking about the positions, as it will make things very complex and confusing; let's keep everything simple and understandable.Â
Now let’s discuss the pay range of the employees at different levels at Accenture :
- Junior level: At the junior level, a data analyst earns upto an average of $55,000 per year.Â
- Middle level: After a couple of years of experience, Accenture pays around $72,500 per year to a data analyst
- Senior-level: After a good amount of experience and expertise, at the senior level, the average annual pay of a data analyst is around $93,500 per year.Â
Can you name any other company that is in high need of skilled data analysts?
