The QS World University Rankings is an annual publication of university rankings that includes global overall and subject rankings (which identify the world's top universities for 51 different subjects and five composite faculty areas), as well as our independent regional tables (such as Asia, Latin America, Emerging Europe, and Central Asia and the Arab Region). The QS World University Rankings are the world's most widely read university rankings. QS also publishes Graduate Employability Rankings, Best Student Cities, Higher Education System Strength Rankings, Rankings by Location, and a suite of Business School Rankings, which includes Global MBA, EMBA, Distance Online MBA, and Business Masters. To be considered for admission to Iowa State University, applicants must meet the following requirements:

If not in English, English translations must be provided.
Academic requirements include the following:
4 years of English or your mother tongue
three years of science (including at least two years of laboratory science courses that emphasize elements of biology, chemistry, or physics)
three years of math (including algebra and geometry)
Social studies for two years
All transferable courses have a cumulative grade-point average (GPA) of at least 2.25. Applicants with an associate's degree may be admitted if they have at least a 2.0 GPA (73-76%).
English proficiency test results must be submitted by international applicants (TOEFL, IELTS, Duolingo).
