What if someone’s account is in default but paid all the panting loan with all the penalties they still get a loan for abroad Studies?

If you are totally and permanently disabled, your school closed, or your school made fraudulent misrepresentations, you may be eligible for loan forgiveness. Being in default precludes you from receiving federal financial aid, such as Pell Grants and federal student loans, which may be necessary to make returning to school affordable. If you have any further questions just ask me.
