In the UCLA Anderson MBA interview, behavioral questions are normally asked to assess how you have handled situations in the past. They are also asked to gauge your leadership, teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills.
These are some of the most common questions:

→ Describe a situation where you had a conflict with a team member
→ Share an experience where you had to adapt quickly to a major change
To prepare effectively, use the STAR method (Situation, Task, Action, Result) to structure your answers clearly.
