• Compare salaries after 3 years. Wharton’s 3-year average is above $250K, while schools like IESE or Bocconi might be around $200K depending on industry.
• Visa rules matter a lot. In the US, STEM MBA programs offer a 3-year OPT extension, which helps with work authorization. In Europe, post-study work visas usually range between 1-2 years.
• Check internship conversion rates. Schools with strong internship pipelines (like Kellogg or Columbia) often lead to better full-time offers.
