What are the preferable courses after Bachelors in Architecture in Canada?

I've completed my bachelor's in architecture and want to travel abroad for further studies.  I wish to further explore the other side of architecture but my cgpa is 7.1 
Are there chances for enrolling in universities with the same score. I am focusing more on Ontario province.

There are some good courses you can do after a bachelor's in architecture. Whether you choose to move to a tech field or engineering, architecture is good for all. Some students choose the core architecture subject as well. Given you are asking for preferable courses, I have 3 recommendations.
Master of Architecture (MArch) - Full range of activities in architecture. In this program, you get to work and learn with theory, tech, ecology, society, practice and many other architectural principles. Basically, this masters course is the idle choice after a bachelor's in architecture. If you want a university suggestion, I would say the University of Toronto.
Master of Architectural Technology - You may not know but Architectural Technology is a big deal in this subject study. Basically, it prioritizes project-based learning in a studio environment. You can understand it as a master's program that is more involved with design and tech. You will earn the application of technology in the relevant area of work after graduation. If you like this course, I would suggest Centennial College.
MEng. Civil Engineering - This one doesn&rsquo;t even need any persuasion. Engineering is directly related to architecture. And since it's your bachelor's only, you are free to change your concentration. And it's perfect for a structural engineering disciple like civil engineering. Fits right with design and building, and remains in related interests. The University of Ottawa is the best place for the program.
