The LBS MFin has five deadlines for the 2026 intake. The dates are 29 September 2025, 4 November 2025, 5 January 2026, 2 March 2026, and 20 April 2026.
People usually try for the first two because LBS moves faster with interviews and scholarship decisions early on. It also feels less stressful since the class isn&rsquo;t close to full at that point.
January works well if someone needs more time for the GMAT or recommendations. The last two rounds are still possible, but they&rsquo;re better for applicants who already have everything ready and don&rsquo;t need much turnaround time.
Choosing the right round mostly depends on how prepared you feel, not just the dates themselves.

LBS actually has five deadlines for the MFin 2026 intake, which many people don&rsquo;t expect. The dates are:

29 September 2025
4 November 2025
5 January 2026
2 March 2026
20 April 2026

If you want the easiest experience, aim for September or November. The review pace is smoother, and interview slots aren&rsquo;t packed yet. January is fine too, especially if you&rsquo;re waiting on the GMAT. After March, things move faster because the class is almost full, so applications go through quicker but competition gets tougher. April is mainly for applicants who already have everything ready and just want to take a final shot.
