For the 2024-2025 application cycle, Berkeley Haas MBA Essay prompts are as follows: 
Required Essay 1: 
When doing this activity, what makes you feel energetic and alive, and why? (300 words) 
This question gives you a platform to elaborate on what motivates you- what&rsquo;s the internal or external driver. 
Required Essay 2: 
Explain your short term and long term career aspirations, and explain the relevance of an MBA from Haas in achieving these goals (300 words). 
In this segment, candidates need to systematically delineate their career plans and how they are going to incorporate the Haas MBA Program into those plans. 
Experience with Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI): 
Please share any experience or exposure you have in DEI-JB in community-based organizations, personal and professional settings. (300 words) This essay enables you to shed light on your involvement with or ignorance towards DEI activities, and how it helps you think. 
Video Essay:
