Hey, hope all's well!
To begin with, I want to inform you that universities abroad offer hospitality courses in general instead of hotel management. The course component and career options remain the same, it's just about the name. Now that that is clear, let's see what are your best options.
There are a few options that fit best with your undergraduate degree in hotel management. I have exactly three courses in mind, two of them are on almost the same level while one is more management focused.
Masters in Hospitality, Leisure & Sports - Frankly speaking, this option is better for a common purpose. I mean hospitality, leisure & sports degree will give you more sections to work in. Actually, this course has been responsible for further developing a bachelor's in hospitality (hotel management). And if you are wondering, the main job line will be in hospitality, leisure, culinary, sports, event management etc. It's Just what you expect after a hotel management bachelor's.
Masters in Hospitality & Tourism - For hospitality & tourism, I would suggest choosing it if you want to learn the core hospitality management. What it means if you will mostly learn about management strategies in hospitality and tourism management. In a way, you can say that it is far more directions than the first option. This type of course is good but not if you are doubtful of later options. So think wisely before you choose it.
MBA in Hospitality Management - An MBA in hospitality management does not need much explanation. It is basically an MBA degree with a concentration in the business of hospitality. To be more clear, your career will be associated with the international market and trends. The job positions will be more flexible and with big paychecks. But even for a hospitality management concentration, you will need enough work experience to get into the program.
I hope I cleared all of these options well enough. Let me know if you also want me to suggest you the top universities for any of these courses.
