Scored a 610 and built my list around career outcomes, visa options, and realistic GMAT ranges. These schools stood out across regions:

Canada:  McMaster DeGroote accepts scores around 600 and offers a strong co-op program. Many grads enter roles in supply chain or healthcare across Ontario.

Germany:  HHL Leipzig focuses more on profile fit than GMAT. It’s known for entrepreneurship and consulting, with grads placed at DHL, BMW, and other German firms.

UK:  University of Edinburgh’s average GMAT is around 610. The school offers good access to consulting and finance roles across the UK and EU, especially in analytics.

US: George Washington University admits applicants in the 600–620 range. Located in D.C., it offers strong links to public policy, development, and nonprofit sectors.

Didn't target M7 or top-30 schools. Focused on programs where the GMAT wasn’t a barrier and post-MBA outcomes were still strong.

A 600 GMAT score doesn’t shut you out of good MBA programs — you just have to be strategic. Schools like ESCP Business School (France), Durham University Business School (UK), and University of Mannheim (Germany) have accepted applicants in the 600–630 range, especially when the rest of the profile is strong (work experience, essays, interview).

They’re all ranked, have good ROI, and solid career outcomes, ESCP has placements in consulting and luxury firms; Durham grads often land roles in UK banking and analytics; Mannheim has great ties to German corporates and auto firms.

If looking at the US, schools like Babson, Suffolk University, and Fordham have been known to admit candidates with ~600 and still provide decent access to startups, mid-size firms, and STEM OPT roles.

Career support and how well you use it makes a bigger difference than a 50-point score jump. The GMAT opens the door, what you do inside matters more.
