Warwick MiM vs Boston University MiM vs Simon MSBA — which one is better if I want to shift into consulting?

I’m an engineering grad with around 1 year of experience in marketing — mostly paid ads, content strategy, and SEO. I got into this through freelance projects during college and recently joined a startup full-time in a performance marketing role.
Right now I’ve got offers from Warwick MiM, Boston University MiM (MSMS), and Simon MSBA with a 20% scholarship. My goal is to move into consulting, ideally something digital or strategy-focused.
Simon’s scholarship is attractive, but I’m not sure if MSBA makes sense since I don’t plan to stay in analytics long-term. Warwick is strong in Europe but I’m a bit unsure about post-study work options. BU is well located for US roles but the cost is a concern.
Would love to know which one is more aligned with my career goals and how much the Simon scholarship should actually factor into the decision.

Getting a scholarship from Simon feels great &mdash; but if consulting is the end goal, that shouldn&rsquo;t be the only factor driving the choice.

Simon MSBA is more analytics-focused. It&rsquo;s excellent for roles like data consultant or business analyst, but less ideal for strategy consulting unless you&rsquo;re okay starting in a technical role first.
BU MiM (MSMS) is broader, and Boston gives access to top consulting firms &mdash; think Accenture, BCG Digital, and local strategy boutiques. One BU grad from a non-tech background got into healthcare consulting within 6 months, thanks to the school&rsquo;s career center + networking.
Warwick MiM is solid for Europe. If consulting in the UK/EU is on your radar, it&rsquo;s a safer bet. But the cost of living in the UK plus visa limitations could be a challenge unless you&rsquo;re confident about converting an offer quickly.
Visa-wise, BU&rsquo;s 3-year OPT gives a much better runway vs UK&rsquo;s 2-year post-study period.

Unless you&rsquo;re leaning toward an analytics-first role, the MSBA path may limit flexibility later. BU or Warwick would keep more doors open.

For someone targeting consulting roles with a digital or strategy focus, Boston University MiM (MSMS) aligns best with that goal ,  especially if the aim is to build a career in the U.S. Unlike Simon MSBA, BU&rsquo;s MiM isn&rsquo;t analytics-heavy, and its broader curriculum covers business strategy, leadership, and market-focused decision-making. Plus, it&rsquo;s STEM-designated, so you get 3 years of OPT, which gives you more time to land a role in the U.S.
Warwick MiM has stronger brand recognition in Europe and ranks higher globally. But if you&rsquo;re not sure about staying in the UK, post-study visa duration (2 years) and fewer consulting opportunities outside London might limit your options.
Simon&rsquo;s 20% scholarship helps on cost, but if you&rsquo;re not committed to a data career, an MSBA might feel too narrow. Long-term ROI favors BU if you're clear about pivoting into U.S.-based consulting roles, especially digital transformation or marketing strategy.
