Genomics and agri biotechnology are very different areas of study. Not sure which of these two you are planning to study actually, so I guess I would put some good universities for both separately. Because it is likely that both of these programs are not offered at same universities in Germany.
First, let's go with Genomics. The best German universities you can target for this programs are -
- University of Munich
- Heidelberg University
- Technical University of Munich
- Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin
- Freie Universität Berlin
Basically these universities are pretty well known in Germany. Some are even popular worldwide. A few years back, Germany had the 3rd largest international student body. Its clearly for a reason. The country has a very good education system. You can go for any of the five mentioned universities for MSc Genomics courses.
Now lets see for Agri Biotechnology. Here are the  best German universities you can target for this  program -
- Saarland University
- Technical University of Munich University of Bonn
- Goethe University of Frankfurt
- University of Heidelberg
Basically these are  the top four German universities for MSc Agri Biotechnology courses. Saarland University in particular is the best option. The university is not ranked very high but their agri biotechnology program is quite better than other universities.
