Hi I am currently in BBA(5th sem),I am targeting HEC Paris(MIM 2024),can I apply even if I haven't received my final year(2020-23) marksheet?

If you don’t finish your semester and get your bachelor’s GPA before applying to universities abroad, then there is no point. It would be acceptable if you don’t provide your certificates but you would have to provide them with your marks somehow. On the other hand, some universities can give you conditional offer letter. So you need to look for the universities that cater to your course preference, match with your profile as well as can provide you a conditional offer letter.
