Hey, YES! You can get admitted to several Universities. According to the number of your backlogs, Here is a list of Universities accepting backlogs up to 10 in the USA -

Pace University, New York
Clark University, Massachusetts
Illinois Institute of Technology (IIT), Chicago
New York Institute of Technology (NYIT), Old Westbury
California State University, San Bernardino
University of South Dakota, Vermillion
Missouri State University, Springfield.

Remember, if you have 7-8 backlogs, you’ll have to achieve a higher score in the GRE examination (somewhere between 315-325) to be deemed eligible for higher education in a few universities and colleges in the US. Indeed, you cannot go back to the past to clear out your records. However, you can still cover up those mistakes by drafting an exceptional SOP and preparing well for your university and visa interview.

Also, these requirements differ from college to college and the course you want to pursue, so it would be great if you could provide me with your course details to give you further guidance on the same.
