i didnt have any coding  background either, just excel and some basic sql from work. i thought that would kill my msba chances but it didnt. i worked with mimessay and they told me to highlight my quant courses from undergrad and one analytics project i did in my internship. had to rewrite the essay twice to make it clear i was serious about building tech skills once in the program and  finally got into smu msba , so yeah, coding helps, but not having it doesnt stop you if you frame your story right.
