My academic is poor so can I get admission in a good B-school abroad?

I understand that you are worried about your admission abroad since your academics might be poor or not upto the mark, but the thing is that you haven&rsquo;t mentioned your grades. It is a possibility that your grades might not be that bad as you thin so tell me more about it and maybe then I can look for the universities that accept your score. 
Also, academics or bachelor&rsquo;s GPA is an important factor but definitely not the only deciding parameter for your admission. If you manage to highlight other aspects into your profile where you come across as a good candidate, you can definitely have a shot.
