Hey, Unfortunately, you can't get a visa sponsorship to pursue your Master's abroad, it's only applicable to jobs. However, do let us know if you need any help with a student visa. You can get in touch with an expert here.

Completing all CFA levels and gaining two years of work experience is a significant achievement that can enhance your prospects for pursuing a Master's degree in the UK and potentially qualifying for visa sponsorship. Here's what you need to know about visa options and sponsorship opportunities:

Tier 4 Student Visa: As an international student, you can apply for a Tier 4 Student Visa to study a full-time course at a recognized institution in the UK. This visa allows you to stay in the UK for the duration of your studies and may provide limited work rights during your studies and after graduation.
Post-Study Work Visa (Graduate Route): The UK offers a post-study work visa known as the Graduate Route, which allows eligible international students to stay and work in the UK for a period of up to two years (or three years for PhD graduates) after completing their studies. To qualify for the Graduate Route, you must have completed a degree at a recognized UK institution at undergraduate level or above. Pursuing a Master's degree in the UK could make you eligible for this visa upon graduation, providing an opportunity to gain work experience and explore career options in the UK.
Employer Sponsorship: If you wish to work in the UK beyond the duration of the Graduate Route visa, you may need to secure sponsorship from a UK employer under the Tier 2 (General) Visa category. This involves obtaining a job offer from a licensed sponsor in the UK and meeting specific eligibility criteria, including skill requirements and minimum salary thresholds. Having completed all CFA levels and gained relevant work experience could make you an attractive candidate for sponsorship in industries such as finance and investment management.
In conclusion, pursuing a Master's degree in the UK can offer opportunities for visa sponsorship and career advancement, particularly through the Graduate Route visa. It's essential to research visa requirements, explore sponsorship opportunities, and consider your long-term career goals when planning your studies in the UK.

With your impressive background, having cleared all CFA levels and possessing two years of relevant work experience, you are well-prepared for further studies in the UK. However, regarding post-study work opportunities and visa sponsorship, these depend on securing employment with a company that holds a license to sponsor a Tier 2 (General) visa. While your qualifications enhance your employability, visa sponsorship is contingent on the employer's policies and the job’s alignment with the UK’s shortage occupation list. I recommend targeting your job search towards financial firms and multinational corporations that regularly sponsor international employees. Additionally, completing your master's at a UK institution can make you eligible for the Graduate Route, which allows you to stay in the UK for at least two years post-graduation to seek employment. This pathway can increase your chances of finding suitable sponsorship and employment in your field. Networking and leveraging career services at your university will also be crucial in navigating the competitive job market.
