For most Tech MBA programs in the USA, submitting GMAT or GRE scores is still a requirement. Top programs, including Berkeley Haas and NYU Stern, expect scores in the GMAT 700+ or GRE 320+ range.

However, many schools have adapted to changing trends and now offer GMAT/GRE waivers based on professional experience.

For example, MIT Sloan allows applicants with extensive work experience or an advanced degree to skip submitting these test scores. It’s important to review each program’s guidelines, as waivers aren’t guaranteed.

Some programs place equal weight on test scores, work experience, and leadership skills, especially if you have a background in tech. Double-check program websites to understand for top Tech MBA program in USA if you qualify for any exceptions to these requirements.
