Oxford won&rsquo;t reject just based on years, but unless the experience is unusually deep or fast-tracked (like front-office IB or PE), the ROI might not hold up.
In contrast, LSE MSc Finance is more suitable for early-career candidates. Cambridge MFin has similar experience expectations to Oxford. An MBA might make more sense if the goal is long-term leadership or industry-switching.
