Hey Sharayu, how are you doing?

Italy is definitely a nice choice in terms of the country but I wouldn’t say it is the best. For doing an MS in Finance, you can consider options like the USA, UK, Australia and Canada. They have some of the world’s most renowned universities like Harvard, Stanford, Columbia, Oxford etc. and provide a platform for exposure and ample employment opportunities because of having recruiters like Goldman Sachs, JP Morgan, Berkshire Hathaway and many more.

Why are you interested in Italy specifically? If you want, I can give you school suggestions or any other information for MS in finance in Italy also. It’s just that I wouldn’t suggest it to be a good option personally considering the high expenses and less ROI in terms of opportunities.
