Hello, This could be great news for you! "The Indian higher education system is based on a three-tier degree structure based on the British model" (bachelor, master, and doctorate). Although similar to the American system, Indian degree programmes leading to the award of Bachelor's Degrees in arts, science, business, and social sciences typically last three years. Students who finish the three-year programme receive a Bachelor of Arts, Bachelor of Business Administration, Bachelor of Science, or Bachelor of Commerce degree (BA, BBM, BSc, BCom). Now the question arises, where Can You Get Your Indian Three-Year Bachelor's Degrees Evaluated? World Education Services (WES) is a non-profit organisation that has been examining international credentials for nearly 40 years. WES recognises certain three-year Bachelor's degrees from India as equivalent to a Bachelor's degree from the United States when the following conditions are met:

The degrees were obtained in Division 1.
The granting institutions have been accredited with an "A" or better by India's National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC).
So it's not like you have no possibility of getting into a US institution after completing your three-year Bachelor's degree. You can if you earn a favourable evaluation result!
