GMAT seems to be a prerequisite to study MiM Abroad. Although if you don’t want to appear for GMAT, there are still some exceptional schools that have waived off this requirement. Here’s a list of the top b-schools that have waived off GMAT to study MiM:

USA

University of Seattle

Adelphi University

California Miramar University

Canada

University of Regina

Brock University

University of Saskatchewan

UK

University of Leeds

King's College London

University of Manchester

Now, these institutes might not require a GMAT score but there are other requirements that you must fulfil like a minimum bachelors' GPA, IELTS/TOEFL Score etc.

You should check your overall profile and get an idea if you match all the other requirements since you wish to skip the GMAT. To get a more accurate list based on your profile, you should check out the FREE School Explore Tool. It will generate a list of schools based on your profile and preferences and will make the process of school selection a lot more easier.
