Is an MFin from Europe worth it if the fees and living cost go above 40 lakhs?
I have 1.5 years of work experience in a Big 4 (audit + valuation work), and I’m planning to apply for MFin programs in Europe for Fall 2025. Most of the schools I’m targeting — like ESCP, EDHEC, and Bocconi — have tuition fees around ₹20–25 lakhs, and the living cost adds another ₹10–12 lakhs easily. That pushes the total budget to 40+ lakhs.
I want to work in roles like corporate finance or investment analysis in Europe after the degree. Would it be possible to get those jobs and recover the cost, or do most people end up coming back to India?
