Is 8.1 a good CGPA for Arizona State University?

While your CGPA seems okay, what you need to keep in mind is that bachelor's GPA isn't the only deciding factor in your profile. 
To get an admit abroad, you need to match with a bunch of other requirements as well. 
The eligibility requirements vary across courses but if I have to give you a general idea then the other important aspects include:
1. GRE/GMAT Score
2. IELTS/ TOEFL Score
3. Extracurricullars
4. Work Experience
5. SOPs and LORs

While this is just a general requirement list, like I said,  you need to be sure of the requirements as per the course you wish to pursue.
