Four months is enough for a 700+ GMAT, but only if you focus on mastering each section with strategy. Spend Month 1 building fundamentals using Manhattan Prep&rsquo;s Foundations of Math and reading-based resources for Verbal. Focus on algebra, number properties, Critical Reasoning basics, and improving reading structure.
Month 2 is for official practice , use the GMAT Official Guide 2025 section by section. Track all errors, especially in logic-heavy CR and multi-step Quant topics.
By Month 3, begin combining sections. Do 30&ndash;45 minute mixed sets. Start Data Insights practice if you haven&rsquo;t already, focus on table reading, two-part analysis, and how to extract data quickly under time pressure.
Month 4 is all about mock exams. Use mba.com tests weekly, review them thoroughly, and spend weekdays correcting patterns. Scoring 700+ isn&rsquo;t about rushing &mdash; it&rsquo;s about controlling accuracy, time, and mental energy.

&bull; Start with Target Test Prep for Quant ,  one topic per day, like ratios or number properties &bull; Use GMAT Ninja&rsquo;s CR and RC videos on YouTube , helps if reading logic is tough &bull; From Week 5, switch to the GMAT Official Guide 2025. Do small timed sets and log every mistake &bull; In Week 8, begin serious Data Insights prep , 4&ndash;5 questions daily, focusing on visual interpretation and logic flow &bull; In Month 4, take full-length mocks every Saturday. Review them fully the next day and spend the week drilling mistakes
Stick to 2&ndash;3 focused hours a day. Verbal and Data Insights reward clear thinking more than raw memorization.
