Hello Satish, how are you?
Well first of all, congrats on your Duolingo 130 score. If we compare it with TOEFL it generally fits around 110 which by the way is a good TOEFL score. Secondly, I’m not sure if you typed it wrong or what, but usually on a GPA scale between 1.0 and 4.0. Anyway, the universities available to you with your Duolingo score must not exceed a 3.0 GPA requirement.  This even goes for STEM courses like engineering masters.
So to think about universities you can get in, it's really not that complex. Just accepting Duolingo is enough criteria to do so. As your score is pretty good, most Duolingo accepting universities should be available. But you do need actual names, so I have gathered information on which universities will accept a Duolingo 130 score for masters. And I found some impressive names from the USA, Canada and the UK.
1. Florida Institute of Technology (USA)
2. Kent State University (USA)
3. University of Alabama (USA)
4. University of Windsor (Canada)
5. Thompson Rivers University (Canada)
6. Kingston University (UK)
7. Queen’s University Belfast (UK)
8. University of York (UK)
These are the top-most options I could find. Few more top-level universities are also accepting Duolingo but on a temporary basis. So I guessed it wouldn't do you any better. I suggest you apply fast if you have not attempted TOEFL or IELTS. Who knows when this Duolingo test is gonna waive off?
Anyway, just a  language test score is not enough to determine your options. Let me know if you want to evaluate your profile and see all the best universities available to you based on your overall profile.Â
A Duolingo score of 130 is quite impressive and should meet the English language requirements at most Canadian universities. However, GPA requirements can vary. For engineering programs, particularly at the graduate level, universities like
- University of Windsor
- University of Ottawa and
- Dalhousie University
It often look for a well-rounded applicant. Each of these institutions has slightly different emphasis on aspects of their admissions criteria but generally value a combination of strong academic background and language skills. Furthermore, consider institutions such as the University of Regina and Carleton University, which are known for their engineering faculties and holistic review processes that may favor your profile.
