I’m really confused between which country to go for further education. Additionally, I’m also confused about which course to choose for further education?

I have completed BCom in 2021 with 7.22 CGPA and I have 6 backlogs (I have cleared all of them). I have already given IELTS and scored 7.5 overall with no less than 6.5 in any module.
