The eligibility requirements to pursue Masters in Food Science abroad may differ from university to university. I have specified some of the basic requirements that international students must fulfill in order to pursue an MS in Food Science abroad.

Students must have passed class 12th
Students must have a Graduation degree in the concerned field
Proof of English language proficiency test scores of IELTS, TOEFL, and PTE should also be there
In some universities, GMAT or GRE scores are also required

Since the basic eligibility criteria requires your bachelors to be from the concerned or similar field, I’m afraid you won’t be eligible for the same as you have a bachelors in a totally different field i.e psychology.
