Already having an MBA from India changes the approach. A MiM may not add much academically, but if the goal is relocation and European job access, it could still work,  if chosen carefully.
Germany is the top choice for low-cost options. Schools like LMU Munich or University of Cologne offer business-related programs with minimal tuition, though second master&rsquo;s students might be charged small administrative fees. Instead of MiM, look into MSc in Digital Marketing, Business Informatics, or Innovation,  better fit for your background and easier to justify in applications.
Be clear in your SOP that you&rsquo;re not repeating content, but reskilling for a new market and domain shift.
Dutch schools like Rotterdam and Tilburg offer marketing tracks with some scholarships. The job market in both Germany and the Netherlands is generally neutral about second master&rsquo;s,  it&rsquo;s more about how well the profile fits the role. Applying early is key, especially as second-degree applicants may face tighter screening.

A better option could be a 1-year Master&rsquo;s in Marketing, Digital Strategy, or Innovation in Germany or France. These are better aligned with your background and easier to justify. Public universities in Germany like TU Munich, Leipzig, or Mannheim offer such programs with little to no tuition,  but note that second master's degrees sometimes require small tuition fees (unlike first-time students).
